As part of its commitment to the well-being of individuals and communities throughout the region, The RF Group (RF) recently made significant contributions to advance local health initiatives. These endeavors underscore RF’s mission to empower residents in the Bahamas, Barbados, and the Cayman Islands to thrive financially, emotionally, and physically.

RF actively participated in Autism Awareness Month through various initiatives – including joining the Bahamas Autism Fun Run, lighting its head office in Nassau blue, and encouraging local team members to wear special shirts throughout the month to generate increased awareness about these important initiatives.

Further, RF is proud to be providing four water stops along the route of the Barbados Prostate Cancer Run/Walk on May 26, serving as the event's water stop sponsor. This marks the second year of the walk, and the funds raised will be specifically allocated to raise awareness of and provide testing for prostate cancer.

As part of its philanthropic focus on wellness, RF is also supporting the 22nd Annual Cancer Ball: The Essence of Africa, organized by the Cancer Society of The Bahamas. The donation towards the May 25th event will support the organization’s annual initiatives to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by cancer, reinforcing the spirit of unity and support within the Bahamas community.

“Our team cares deeply about the communities in which we operate, and RF remains steadfast in its commitment to making a meaningful difference in The Bahamas, Barbados, and Cayman Islands. These recent donations further our mission to support individuals and foster healthy, vibrant communities where everyone can flourish,” said RF Group President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Anderson. “We’re dedicated to actively seeking out and providing the necessary support to ensure that everyone in our community can lead a healthy and prosperous life.”
