- Who is eligible to join the Plan? Any one 18+ years old.
- Contribution Levels: 5% employer and 5% employee (of monthly earnings).
- Retirement Age: Regular- 65 years, unless otherwise stated.

Pension Fund Strategies

They can also change where they want to allocate the contributions at any time. With the RF Pension Plan, members can transfer as much as 20% from any investment fund to another at no cost.
